How does our coaching system work?

When you receive programming from FP Fitness & Powerlifting you will receive a programme every two weeks. This is so we make any changes to keep the programme working well for you as you progress through the weeks. In the 3 easy steps listed below you can have your bespoke programme, tailored to your specific requirements and goals. Whether it is powerlifting, bodybuilding or fitness in general, we will provide the coaching you need to be the best you can be.

STEP 3:

YOU RECEIVE YOUR BESPOKE PLAN

We will aim to send your bespoke training programme to you via email within 2 days, in times of high demand this may increase. Our programmes are sent on a 2 week cycle, meaning shortly after joining us, you will receive a detailed bespoke programme which has been tailored to your lifestyle, requirements and goals. Once this two-week programme is nearing almost completed, you will receive the next two weeks of programming from us. We use a two-week programming cycle to enable us to monitor your progress and make sure you get the best results as you progress through the weeks.

STEP 2:

WE CREATE YOUR BESPOKE PROGRAMME

Once we receive your completed introduction questionnaire, we use your answers to get a better understanding of your personal requirements and goals and to create a bespoke training programme for you which suits your needs to get the best possible results.

INTRODUCTION QUESTIONNAIRE

When you purchase a programme from us, you will receive an introduction questionnaire, containing just a handful of questions about you. We use this to get a better understanding of your current abilities, what you want to gain from our services, and also to help us create the best programme for you.
